1. Return Window:
Within 14 days of order delivery (January to October)
Within 30 days of order delivery (November & December)
2. Condition of Items:
The items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Tags and original packaging should be intact. This is especially important for footwear, as even slight damage can significantly affect its value.
3. Return Authorisation:
Should you wish to return for a refund or replacement of an item purchased please contact info@mia-online.co.uk or reach out via the 'Contact Seller' via Etsy within 14 days (if item purchased November or December the return window dates will be relevant to the above) of receiving your order to request a Refund or Replacement.
When you reach out to Mia Online UK you will receive a response of acknowledgement of the refund or replacement request and will be asked for the reason for the return or replacement if this has not been provided. The return address will be provided on the acknowledgement of the refund/replacement request.
4. Return Shipping:
If you wish to return an item you are required to cover the cost of return shipping. Mia Online UK will not cover the cost of returning an item unless a wrong or defective item has been received and the reason for the return is due to Mia Online UK providing defective or incorrect order.
5. Refund Method:
Refunds are issued in the same form of payment you used for the original purchase.
Full refunds are provided, this includes the cost of the item and the original delivery cost if this was paid by the customer.
6. Exemptions:
Some items may be non-returnable or subject to certain conditions. For example, customised items within Mia Online UK 'Let's Get Personal' option are non-refundable or exchangeable. Make sure to check the product description or terms and conditions for any exceptions.
7. Mia Online UK Right to Deny Refund or Replacement
All returns/replacements are subject to review once the item has been returned to Mia Online UK. A quality check is completed to ensure that the item is the same item that was purchased and has not been worn or damaged by the customer.
Mia Online UK reserve the right to reject a full refund should the item not be the original item purchased, has been worn or damaged by the customer.
Mia Online UK reserve the right to provide a reduced refund and not a full refund should the item original packaging be significantly damaged and unusable on return or is returned without the original packaging.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Mia Online UK will cover return shipping costs, and you will be entitled to get a full refund or a replacement.
9. International Orders:
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, be aware that return policies may differ, and you might have to deal with customs and additional shipping costs.
